This training will be an overview of information participants should know when working with individuals who may be gambling and how to determine if they have a problem with gambling. The training will provide an overview of the history of gambling in Massachusetts including online gambling and video game addictions, as well as describe the progression of gambling from recreational to a gambling disorder and how to recognize and assess for the different stages. This training will also provide resources for support around problem gambling.
