Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy?

A: All purchases are final. Registration for all training and workshops is non refundable or transferable to another training. However, if you have purchased a seat and are unable to attend, you have the option to find a replacement attendee to take your seat. If you decide to switch the attendee, please send an email to rrctraining1@gmail.com to inform us of the change.

If a minimum number of attendees has not been reached 14 business days prior to a scheduled training start date, the training will be cancelled or rescheduled to a later date. You will be notified if you have already registered and given the option of a refund or to attend the rescheduled training.


Q: What do I do if my agency is paying with a purchase order?

A: If registering using a purchase order, please complete the purchase order form below.


Q: Can I register over the phone?

A: In order to protect you as a consumer, RRC is not able to accept credit card payments or registrations over the phone.


Q: How can I register a group?
A: To register a group using a purchase order, you will need to complete the purchase order form. To register a group using a credit card, training spots can be purchased on our website here.


Q: If I have to leave early on the day of a training or arrive late, will I get CEU’s for the time that I was present?

A: No, partial credit is not given. If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of the event or leave during the event for any reason you will not receive credits, as you have not completed training in the topic. In accordance with accreditation standards, continuing education hours are only given to those individuals who have completed training in the entire workshop.


Q: I attended a training and didn’t receive my certificate. What do I do?

A: Please email reentryresourcescounseling@gmail.com to verify the status of your certificate. All certificates are emailed within 60 days of completion of training evaluation.
