This training will introduce participants to the Charting a New Course (CANC) curriculum and its application with criminal justice-involved clients. Discussion will focus on the overall structure of the curriculum and how to prepare to facilitate a CANC group session. Practice elements will include review of group facilitation skills, application of cognitive restructuring using CANC vocabulary and tools, and guidance around specific lessons from the curriculum.
