Time management is the process of planning, organizing, and controlling how much time you spend on specific activities to increase efficiency and productivity. At its core, it is about making conscious decisions to prioritize what truly matters rather than simply reacting to external demands.

At the initial 3 hour training you will learn the concepts of time management, some essential techniques to use in your daily work life as well as key benefits to using time management skills.

The first follow-up session will include how those essential techniques have worked for you and how you incorporated them into your daily work life.

Finally, you will attend ansession to learn how mindfulness improves time management by fostering present-moment awareness, allowing you to focus on one task (unitasking), reduce stress-driven procrastination, and consciously prioritize tasks over reactive multitasking.

The training series will help you to set realistic goals, manage energy levels, and establish boundaries, transforming time management from chaotic hurry into intentional action
